The Wings Everyone Asks About

Sweet, tangy, and unapologetically bold

Every spread needs that one dish — the one people hover over, ask about, and quietly hope there are leftovers of. These Dyl Pickle Wings are that dish.

They’re sweet, tangy, and just unexpected enough to keep things interesting. The Dyl Pickle mix and brown sugar melt into a sticky, crave-worthy glaze that clings to every wing, while the creamy dill dipping sauce brings everything back into balance. Bold without being overpowering. Different without being weird.

These are game-day wings. Party wings. Make-them-again wings.

Recipe: Dyl Pickle Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dyl Pickle mix

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar

Creamy Dill Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 3 Tbsp crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. Make the marinade
In a large bowl, combine the Dyl Pickle mix and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Reserve ⅓ cup of the marinade for later.

  2. Marinate the wings
Add the chicken wings to the remaining marinade, tossing to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.

  3. Bake the wings
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Glaze & broil
Brush wings with the reserved marinade and broil for 5 minutes. Flip, brush again, and broil for an additional 5 minutes until sticky and caramelized.

  5. Make the dipping sauce
While wings finish, mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.

  6. Serve
Serve wings hot with creamy dill dipping sauce on the side.
