A Brighter Take on Mexican Shrimp Cocktail (Cóctel de Camarón)
Fresh, easy, and made for sharing
Shrimp cocktail doesn’t have to feel fussy — and this one proves it. This version is bright, fresh, and effortlessly crowd-pleasing, whether you’re setting it out at a summer gathering, adding it to a holiday spread, or pulling together something light and satisfying on a casual night at home.
Morning Light creates a clean, tomato-forward base that brightens the shrimp, while lemon, pico de gallo, and creamy avocado keep everything balanced and fresh. It’s the kind of recipe that feels special without trying too hard.
And the best part? It only gets better as it chills.
This is the bowl everyone keeps coming back to — spoon after spoon, chip after chip.
