Bloody Darn Good Tomato Vinaigrette
Some recipes are so simple they almost don’t feel like recipes at all — and that’s usually how you know they’re good.
This Tomato Vinaigrette is bright, tangy, savory, and packed with that fresh, garden-y flavor that makes everything on the plate taste a little more alive. Bloody Darn Good brings depth and body, red wine vinegar adds the perfect little pop, Dijon helps it all come together, and olive oil rounds it out into a dressing that feels easy but special.
It’s the kind of thing you can shake together in a jar and instantly make a salad more interesting.
