  • 16 oz brown rice noodles

Suggested Toppings
Fresh cilantro, scallions, basil, lime wedges, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Bloom the curry paste
Heat olive oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat. Add red curry paste and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

  2. Build the sauce
Pour in OG Bloody Mary Mix and coconut milk. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle boil.

  3. Simmer
Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and slightly deepen.

  4. Cook the noodles
While the sauce simmers, cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Bring it together
Add cooked noodles and any vegetables you’re using to the sauce. Stir gently and cook for 3–5 minutes, until vegetables are tender and everything is heated through.
